An independent site

UpScheme isn’t run by, or connected to, any government department. It’s a free site for finding the schemes a startup qualifies for.

Check before you act

Every scheme is checked against official sources and shows the day it was last checked. Schemes change, though, and mistakes happen. Confirm the details on the official portal before you apply or spend money. UpScheme isn’t responsible for decisions made on the strength of this site.

The quick check is a guide

“Fits” means your answers match the published rules, not that you’ll be approved. Only the scheme’s own process decides that.

Reminders are a nudge, not a guarantee

They’re sent on a best-effort basis. Emails can be delayed or land in spam, so don’t rely on them alone for a deadline that matters.

Fair use

Sign up only with your own address, and don’t use scripts to sign up or to copy the site wholesale.
